These terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service for everyone taking part in the Coinelio Affiliate Program.

Eligibility

Participation in the Affiliate Program requires an active annual subscription.

The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

Independent Affiliate Status

Affiliates act as independent promoters. Nothing in the Affiliate Program creates any of the following between the Company and the Affiliate:

• Employment
• Partnership
• Agency
• Joint venture
• Investment relationship

Referral Commissions

Affiliate commissions are calculated according to the commission structure published by the Company and may be updated from time to time.

Commissions are earned only on valid and completed purchases.

The Company reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions, fraud, abuse, self-referrals, or artificial sales activity.

No Income Guarantee

The Company makes no guarantee regarding:

• Affiliate earnings
• Number of referrals
• Sales volume
• Future commissions

Any income examples, simulations, projections, or illustrations are provided solely for informational purposes. Actual results vary and depend on individual effort, market conditions, and numerous other factors.

Prohibited Representations

Affiliates must not:

• Guarantee investment returns
• Present the Service as risk-free

Compliance with Laws

Commission Conditions

The Company reserves the right to establish eligibility requirements, activity requirements, subscription requirements, payout thresholds, waiting periods, and commission validation procedures.

Commissions may be adjusted, withheld, or cancelled in cases of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, refund abuse, or violations of these Terms.

Termination

The Company may terminate any affiliate account at any time if it determines that the affiliate has violated these Terms or acted in a manner harmful to the Company, users, or the integrity of the program.

Final Acknowledgment

By participating in the Affiliate Program, the affiliate acknowledges that:
