Who we are

Coinelio (“we”, “us”) operates the website coinelio.com and the Coinelio Telegram bot and channels. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We keep the information we handle to a minimum.

• Website visits. The website has no user accounts or sign-up forms. We use Google Site Kit (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. It collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, using cookies and similar technologies.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time, for security and to keep the site running.
• Telegram. Subscriptions are handled in Telegram. When you use our bot, we receive your Telegram user ID, username and the messages you send to the bot.
• Payments. Payments are made in cryptocurrency. We record the wallet address and transaction details needed to confirm your payment and, for affiliates, to process withdrawals. Blockchain transactions are public by nature.
• Affiliate program. We record referral codes and the sales linked to them to calculate commissions.

We do not require KYC and do not ask for your name, ID documents, phone number or bank details.

You can ask us what information we hold about you or request its deletion by messaging @CoinelioAdmin on Telegram. Some records, such as completed blockchain transactions, cannot be deleted because they are public and permanent.
